Praying for Connecticut...

And in despair I bowed my head:
"There is no peace on earth," I said,
"For hate is strong, and mocks the song
Of peace on earth good-will to men."

Then pealed the bells more loud and deep:
"God is not dead, nor doth He sleep;
The wrong shall fail, the right prevail,
With peace on earth, good-will to men."

Thinking of this song and praying for those families in Connecticut that do not get to tuck their kids into bed tonight. My heart aches for them.

I watched several good videos today on the school shooting.  One I found rather interesting was with Mike Huckabee.  He said, "It's a heart issue, not a law issue."  He goes on to answer the question, "Why would God let this happen?" by reminding them that they have removed God, the Bible and prayer from school.  If you have a few minutes take some time to watch the video.  And please pray for the families involved, including the shooter's, as they lost two family members.

I agree with you Jen. People try to take God out of our society, and then when bad things like this happen, they ask, "Where is God?"

I'm praying too.Thanks for the link.
