Living and Active - Week 2 Update

Week 2 -
  • Did the 30 Day Shred 4 days (Monday-Thursday)
  • Not sure of average calories as I missed calculating that last few days
  • Memorized Matthew 6:34 -
"Take therefore no thought of tomorrow
for tomorrow shall take thought for the things of itself.
Sufficiet unto the day is evil thereof." (KJV)
Goals for this week -
  • Continue to drink more water
  • Work on one soda per day
  • Memorize verse
  • Exercise 4 days
  • Average 1400 calories
Also, Monday (September 24) is the last day for my giveaway.

Ah, the 30 day shred....brutal...perhaps I'll add Jillian back in to mix it up, she kills me!!!

I noticed when I had cut way back on diet soda, everytime I drank it I got sick to my stomach. So for this challenge I decided to cut it out all together and has been such a good thing. Way to go on your goals and remember what you are doing now is better than nothing so every little bit helps!
