Last year I made this "Resurrection Cake" with the kids. I've noticed that a lot of people are stopping by my blog after googling "Resurrection Cake". I got this great idea from Life As Mom. It was quite easy to do and the kids had fun. Autumn looked up the passage in the Bible so that she could decorate it just right. Even the soldier is face down, as the Bible says.

I made this cake this year after remembering it from your blog last year! I didn't have any little figures so I had to tweak it a bit, but it's definitely a new "Easter Tradition" here! I'll be posting pix on my blog as soon as I find a spare "hands-free" minute!
