Pioneer Woman - Cinnamon Rolls

I have made these Cinnamon Rolls from The Pioneer Woman's Cookbook before. I honestly have a hard time every time I make them (remember I have dough issues). It's not a hard recipe, it's a bit time consuming, and you do need a lot of counter space which I do not have which is part of my problem.
Autumn enjoys making this recipe because you get messy! There is normally flour everywhere when we're done, but I figure these are memories she'll have of us in the kitchen so I try not to fuss about it. The best part about making cinnamon rolls is that your house smells wonderful!
The finished recipe without the icing and a few missing.

I was wondering about these:) Are they easy?

I was going to make them last week, but I didn't and now I started back on my diet;)

They are fairly easy to make, but like I said time consuming!
