Living and Active - Week 3 Update
Week 3 -
  • Did the 30 Day Shred 5 days - Monday-Friday
  • Drank lots of water
  • Cut back on soda!
  • Memorized I John 2:17
"For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh,
the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father,
but is of the world."
Week 4 Goals -
  • Exercise 5 days
  • Drink more water
  • Drink only clear soda (ie Sprite)
  • Memorize verse
I have 16 days until I leave for America (ahhhhhhh!!!!).  I'm on day 15 of the Shred.  I like to take Sundays off from exercising, so in order to get my 30 days in before I leave, I will need to exercise every day but Sunday, and on one of those days do it 2x.  This is my goal before I leave for America.  I appreciate your prayers for strength and endurance.  This is going to be a very busy two weeks for me, but I know with the Lord's help I can do this!

You CAN do it! With God's help for sure! There is nothing easy about changing your health life. Oooh! and a trip to America! Fun!!
