- Did the 30 Day Shred 6 days (Monday-Saturday)
- Averaged 1500 calories a day
- Memorized Ecclesiastes 4:12 -
"And if one shall prevail against him, two shall withstand him;
and a threefold cord is not quickly broken." (KJV)
Goals for this week -
- Drink more water
- Drink less soda
- Memorize verse
- Exercise at least 4 days
- Average calories 1450
