Living and Active - Week 1 Update
Week 1 -
  • Did the 30 Day Shred 6 days (Monday-Saturday)
  • Averaged 1500 calories a day
  • Memorized Ecclesiastes 4:12 -
"And if one shall prevail against him, two shall withstand him;
and a threefold cord is not quickly broken."  (KJV)
Goals for this week -
  • Drink more water
  • Drink less soda
  • Memorize verse
  • Exercise at least 4 days
  • Average calories 1450
