There is a big V-8 show this weekend in Darwin, so to help promote it they did a truck convoy. It was long and loud! Lots of people lined the streets to wave as the trucks went by. Cody enjoyed it, but his favorite was seeing Mack from Disney's Cars! I know the V-8 show is supposed to have Lightning McQueen and Mack, but didn't realize that Mack would be in the convoy. What a great surprise!
On a side note, after the convoy went through, the next car in line was beeping and waving to every one. I think he got more cheers than the trucks! He reminded me of my dad, that's something he would do!

How neat! My son was amazed at that picture! We have someone in our town who painted their old tow truck like Mater. It's really neat to see it sometimes, but it is always random and unexpected when we see it so I'm never ready to get a picture!
