Although there is no Uncle Sam here in Australia, they still want our taxes. Something about needing to fix roads and give people medicine. :) In Australia, they go by the fiscal year - July-June. So, I made an appointment with H&R Block (yes, they are over here!) and had our taxes done this morning. It gets confusing since our American taxes are done January-December. Lots of numbers, lots of expenses, lot of currency exchanges, etc. Nevertheless, they are finished for the 2012/2103 year. 6 more months until American taxes, I can hardly wait!

I did not realize you have to file taxes there also. How does that work with ya'll being missionaries?
