We have friends that will be moving to Indonesia soon and they enjoyed my lasagna. So once they get there that will make my lasagana world famous, right?
My lasagna is so simple, yet it's my hubby's favorite food, and he often requests it. The Pioneer Woman has a recipe for lasagna in her cookbook, but no offence, Ree, I will probably skip this (and your pot roast recipe) in my challenge to cook through your cookbook.
My secret to making a good lasagna? First, I always cook my noodles (I hate getting a bite of a hard noodle). Second, I cover every speck of the noodle with the hamburger sauce. Third, lots and lots of sauce and cheese, all kinds of cheese.

I'm with you! I can't bring myself to not cook my noodles first. Although everyone says now you don't have to! :) Looks delish!
That looks great! Have you ever cooked crock pot lasagna? You don't have to cook the noodles and it was a cinch!
