More Baking...

I was trying to think of a side dish to add to our family's Easter dinner. I looked around Taste of Home's website and came across this macaroni and cheese dish. I decided to try it the other night before giving it to my entire family on Easter Sunday. It was very easy to make and it smelled wonderful. The only complaint I had was that there wasn't enough cheese, and my daughter didn't like the bread crumb topping. When I make it for Sunday I think I'm going to top it with bacon instead of bread crumbs and add more cheese.
