You asked about Horizons Math on my blog. My sister uses it for my nephew and they really like it. I haven't tried it though. It really just depends on how your child learns.
Have you read Cathy Duffy's books: 100 Top Picks for Homeschool Curriculum
It's a great resource. She tells you how to find your child's learning style and then it lists different curriculum that would be good for that type of learning style.

I really love your black and white pictures. They are beautiful. Did you take them in black and white, or did you remove the color because they look perfect. Sometimes when I remove the color they look a little flat, but yours are sensational!
