Last night my hubby came back from my aunt and 'uncles' house with a huge bag of frozen hamburger and steaks! Apparently they bought a cow and decided to share. Thank you!
RYC: Jason will turn 4 the end of September. I have not kept a food diary, simply because it sounds so tedious. With our food budget our menus do not vary much from week to week so it's pretty easy just to keep a mental note of changes.
We have tried taking out dairy, wheat and sugar before. The diet we are trying now is a bit more involved then obvious ingredients though, so I will be keeping track this time around.
