- Did the 30 Day Shred 4 days (Monday-Thursday)
- Not sure of average calories as I missed calculating that last few days
- Memorized Matthew 6:34 -
"Take therefore no thought of tomorrow
for tomorrow shall take thought for the things of itself.
Sufficiet unto the day is evil thereof." (KJV)
Goals for this week -
- Continue to drink more water
- Work on one soda per day
- Memorize verse
- Exercise 4 days
- Average 1400 calories
