Autumn turned 8 years old on November 25.
This year her birthday fell on Thanksgiving Day.
Excuse the 9 on the cake, she's only 8.
We couldn't find an 8 candle, and we didn't have any regular candles!
She got 2 new outfits for her Kit doll. This came just in time for our New York City trip this weekend! Autumn and I are going to New York City with my friend Julie and her daughter Katie. First stop in New York City? The American Girl Doll Store!!! We're also going to see Mary Poppins on Broadway! I can't wait.
Autumn was also excited to have her Uncle Jason home for a short leave from Iraq. He goes back on December 3, but we're so thankful to have had him home for Thanksgiving and Autumn's birthday!

Happy Birthday Autumn! Have fun in NYC. This week we have been toying with the idea of taking Hannah up there to see the tree at Rockefeller plaza. Maybe we'll bump into each other :o)
