Yesterday we went to Green Dragon, a farmer's market about two hours away. We followed my dad, my two brothers, Aunt Jo and James, and a friend from church. It was hot! I didn't score too many deals, but I did get to meet up with some old college friends. I called my friend, Leana, who was my maid of honor in my wedding, and told her we were there. Since she doesn't live too far she stopped by to say hello.
We had already planned to meet Laura and Eddie there. After we were done looking around the market my dad and family took the kids home with them (THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!)!! And Patrick and I went to Lancaster with Laura and Ed. I was bummed I didn't bring my camera. We could of had a lot of great pics from the day.
We went to a neat little place called Kitchen Kettle Village. Laura showed me all the great places to get free samples :) Then we tortured our husbands by making them take us to the outlets! I had fun shopping with Laura. We got some good deals.
Later we went out for supper, and the mini-golfing! That was a lot of fun. Again, totally bummed I didn't bring my camera. Anyway, I really needed this little break with friends.
I am soooooo thankful for good friends...and good babysitters (THANKS AGAIN!).
I will leave you of a picture of Laura and I at a Ladies Retreat from a few months ago. I'm sure she'll appreciate it! :)
