I can't stop myself

I like to rearrange things. When I was a teenager, I think I rearranged my bedroom every week. I like change. Even rearranging my kitchen cupboards is fun. The home we live in is small, very small. We are limited to where we can put things. Yesterday, Sunday of all days, I mentioned to my husband how I would like to switch rooms with our daughter. Putting us in the smaller room, and letting the kids share a room. I was surprised when he agreed, so while most good Baptists are taking their Sunday naps, I started emptying my daughter's room before my husband changed his mind! I emptied her room into the living room, then cleaned it really good. Here is a photo of my living room in the middle of the process...
This is what our room looks like now...
This is the way it was...
I will post a photo of the kid's room once I am finished. The above picture of my living room is what it looks like now! I have a slight case of OCD and refuse to put junk into their room, so I am going through everything. I think Goodwill likes me!

By the way, I am going to see Sarah Palin tomorrow!! I'll try to get some photos to post.

Your "before" is also clean! It's nice how your make use of the space in your room.

I am the exact same way!! When we built our house, Bill joked that he was going to nail every piece of furniture down so I couldn't move it! (I actually just rearranged our dining room yesterday!)
