Boomerangs

Since we began deputation we have made boomerangs to give out to the kids, many adults have requested them, too! Here are just a few pics of the boomerang making process. Last week we made almost 200. All together we have made 2,630!

We buy plywood from Lowe's. Patrick cuts them out and sands them down. This is probably the longest part.
He then spray paints the tips black and stains them. Then its my turn. I stripe them and put dots on them to look Aboriginal.
We put labels on the front that says "Please pray for the Bauer Family" and labels on the back with instructions.

The final part I didn't get a pic of, but we put them in big yellow envelopes and stamp a kangaroo and crocodile on the front and then mail them.
